i loved the trailers, they felt so on theme from the early 2000s.
i love the implication that tobey maguire its just playing himself in this movie by the trailer from the beginning.

i love mcloving and i recognized him in pitch perfect and i love how he was having a life changing experience on a random day.

there are so many iconic scenes like the supermarket, i love how it represents so genuinely their inner monologue.

they do become cooler. and i love how vibrant the red head is, she’s literally shining in the entire movie while the rest looks opaque. and i love how becca goes full circle at the end by watching those movies as a closure to her -emotional- redemption

it’s just so nostalgic, so wholesome, so 90s.. it feels familiar and cozy both, all, at the exact same time. it’s so beautiful and warm and funny, great movie to watch on a summery sunday night

the thing about old movies is that they are so captivating.
i didnt see the ending coming, ironically, its so obvious now. but i was so in it that my mind was completely in it too. practicing mindfullnes i guess, but man, i was not expecting that, it was so weird but so interesting.

it was actually better than i expected. stitch was charming and so much less evil than in the original, and jumba and pleaky were really funny too. alos i loved nani, how they made her so realistic, and how adorable and free lilo is even in their grief. and i love the sense of community they also explored on this version. it was actually really good?

Obviously, as the cult classic film that it is, I had to show its due respect and therefore watched it as it deserves to be watched, high. Now heres my following commentary, reaction, and review of the film:
It definitely got me omg.
I was staring it at the screen scared believing what I was seeing, as if I were part of the movie.
The black and white color of the movie also forces you to focus, my mind isntantly goes “oh its important”, and the way they express themselves with their vocabulary seals the deal. Its a very captivating movie.
But its very funny considering the context of what they are warning about.

it actually gets the backhanded mean energy from the og but with slang of 2024, actually funny. and tina fey omg looks beautiful-

it was not what i was expecting. it delighted me how good it end up being. the music- and lack thereof- was astounding. i loved the cinematic ratios, and the color scheme. all in all, it really is, a beautiful movie.

thinking of watching it again soon, but this time in spanish, excited to see the translation of such good dialog.

this is the greatest movie of all time. when shaggy finally mentions his role in the team it makes this movie a cinematic masterpiece.
its also the greatest piece of comedy in the whole word beacuse it teaches you to to not take yourself seriously.

a guy im talking to recommended it to me. i was not expecting the ending, it is funny, it has some details throughout the movie but its really good for the social context of back then. also, the dialogue, feels so natural??? like i can definitely imagine my cousins -they live close to the center of mexico- speaking like this?? thats probably what i liked the best from the movie.

immersive n fun. the dinosaur is fcking ugly tbh.i watched it with a friend - high- and it was so fun, even if i had seen it before. Reminds me of the thrill of the first jurassic park movie. great watch, its really pure entertainment

hes like the mexican robin hood. the cinematography was kinda good tho. and the stage design wow. the fight scenes were fun.

i loved that he tried everything to make her laugh, to impress her.

the technicolor makes all films feel nostalgic. i love how monroe is so sweet, charismatic and flirty in this film, and how jane rusell is a total badass, very modern. great hilarious duo. great female leads, funny, and wholesome, in some parts almost annoying, but still completely iconic, a classic!!

the plot is completely different from what i was expecting, i love how hepburns character is so messy but still graceful and completely feminine and delicate, the messyness and alusiveness adds to her character´s charm. even if its somewhat realistic, it still falls into confort. a favorite for sure

i had never seen ti fully before, weird vibes but i was high so it was fun, also sorta nostalgic for the animation and how the doodles were drawn

i watched this movie high and i didnt know if i was watching it in english or in spanish

got to see it on the theaters for the ten year anniversary release on imax. even if i had seen it before, i was still moved by the plot, music, acting, everything. top film
