Talk about a difficult subject to handle, and this movie does it with a really deft touch. Such a slow build but the predator(s) and the more importantly, the damage, are both laid bare without it ever being heavy handed.
My 5th grader watched this in her social studies class and she couldn’t wait to watch it again with me - was even better than I ed. Great story, great feel good movie, solid performances all around.
