A sequel to the 1985 zombie classic, and I think it’s a worthy follow up.
The story in this one is pretty much the same, a gas is released that awakens the dead, and a group of characters must band together to try to put a stop to the carnage.
Now while this film is a lot of fun, I think that it doesn’t quite reach the level of the original, and that’s probably due in large part to the tone, it’s even more of a comedy now, and one of the things that made that first one so good was the perfect balance of the horror and comedy.
