I'm going to be honest here, I watched this while doing other things around the house. I liked the premise and the delivery, but the ending after the first ending and so forth lost it for me. I'm sure this was probably my fault and not the films but I'm not a horror fan and the house needed cleaning so...
As a film lover I should rewatch it with full attention but I saw enough for me to say once…
I heard all the stuff about fan service. Well, color me a fan because I loved it. My only issue was how long it took for the movie to kick in. Like most Bond films the plot is ridiculous but the action getting you to the end result makes you forgive it.
Now, bring on Mission Impossible 9 Sunny Dale Retirement Reckoning.
Having 8 movies in your series and only missing on 1 of them (MI2) is incredible. 5 stars for the whole sha-bang!
