I've read somewhere that this is considered the worst slasher of the first wave of the 80s, I don't know, I have to watch some more slashers to have a take on that, but it probably is the worst yes jajaj.
The vibe is cool tho
In the same grounds as Talk to Me, this movie also successfully represents how actual youths would react to a horrific situation, being this one more realistic and not supernatural like Talk to Me. Once you get past the overwhelming representation of Gen Z in dialogue and interactions, this movie is actually a simple and well-executed idea.
Actually, this would be a fine double feature with Talk to me.

kwaidan is a masterpiece of storytelling, each of the stories is told perfectly portraying the images that your mind creates when you are told a ghost story. All four stories are traditional Japanese tales, but it is Kobayashi's mastery of cinematic language that makes them unforgettable.

I liked this one as much as the first one, they just tell the same zombie templars story but in two diferente situations. Like in the first one ,i really enjoyed the zombie costumes and the creepy atmosphere.
Bdw the characters were even more stupid in this one, and why there is always a rapist in these movies???
