one of the most strikingly accurate depictions of gender dysphoria ive ever seen. puts it into such bleak in such a heartbreaking way. the characters sadness and disillusion with the world is portrayed in a way where i want to reach out through the screen and tell them. above all i LOVE how it deals with the lack of community that rhe majority of trans people face. navigating a world where no one else can understand your issues will forever be painful and seeing a character deal with that is gutting. this film is literally an improvement over worlds fair in every single way. the sound, look, writing, acting and EVERYTHING is such a step up it makes me happy to see them make a film thats such a step up in every way.
shoutout to the guy that said “so thats about being autistic and trans” loudly right as the credits rolled
