I saw this once in 1999... 2 weeks after the opening at a matinee with my brother.. we did not tell our friends who were Star Wars cultists.. I was not impressed then....

Watching it now.. it's not bad, there are moments that echo the pulp adventure serials of the 30s & 40s (the Crimson Ghost doesn't appear and that is a missed opportunity), there some exciting scenes and most of the cast are fine..
