You know what would have been more successful? If Abel just paid Jenna Ortega to star in a visual album and be the star in 10 different music videos just dancing around and lip syncing because watching him on screen was crazy unbearable. 

It felt like 10 somewhat decent music video concepts all stitched together to make 1 elaborately overly stylized feature that had no real plot or way to connect the “plot points”.

First off, as a Sacramentian, I’m gonna be biased here so let’s get that out of the way. The shots of Sac were beautiful, seeing places like Gunther’s and Dive Bar highlighted were wild, and Angarano really captured the beauty of what Sac looks like.
