I actually think I like the first one better than this. It definitely doubles down on the action and I liked that it showcased more mutants. However, I feel like the plot was all over the place and it gets lost along the way. The pacing feels a bit choppy and I really wasn’t feeling the love triangle. There’s definitely things that this one does better but if I’m picking one to put on it’s the first.
