this could so easily be interpreted as a “weird girl” film, this is so much more than that.

I was so excited to watch this as a huge fan of Luca's previous work, but unfortunately this was painfully disappointing. I did not like the All Apologies cover at the beginning whatsoever. The only song I felt was fitting in the entirety of the film was Marigold, especially for that particular scene. I'm not sure how to compile my thoughts but the majority of the scenes felt forced and ostentatious. I tried very hard to find the beauty in the visual complexity of this, but it was like this movie was currated for a pseudo cinema fanatic.

The music, the cinematography, everything was angelic.
