one of the most lifeless and amateurish blockbusters ever made. only watched this because I was tired after work and didn't want to watch something that needed much brain power, but I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. the MCU just needs to end now, it has run its course

a sprawling pop epic. feels like the pinnacle of Snyder's form. a hopeful portrayal of heroism and togetherness. of finding oneself whilst also acting on behalf of everyone else; power in the collective and the individual. but it's also just a lot of wonderful action that looks and sounds glorious too. just one hell of a picture

I will say though, Gal Gadot is still awful and the Flash's constant quipping does border on annoying at times. other than that though, this rules
