This film is a warm gentle embrace that envelopes my heart and I am so glad to have been introduced to it in this lifetime.

Richard Wagner laced Tristan und Isolde with something primal because I can’t stop listening to it. Something comes out from deep inside me and makes me want to bathe in the light of another planet. I am enthralled.

DVD extras are the lost relics of an era bygone and I don’t think we fully understand how influential they were.
