This was... really fucking good. I did not expect to find myself liking this movie so much. My jaw was on the floor for so much of this movie just... wow.

Felt like rewatching it because my coworker and I were talking about it last week and laughing over some of our favorite jokes in the film.

Love the soundtrack for this movie. The Madagascar theme is simply iconic.

Thought this was a really solid movie. The scene where the car flipped up and flew straight off the tracks was so cool but actually really terrifying. It's crazy to think about how that kind of stuff happens in real life.

David Harbour is such a great actor, man.

Pretty solid film, I think. I liked the story of Jack and Helen trying to solve the case. Everything else was alright. Thought the dialogue was funny at some parts!

The first third of this movie has very odd pacing, but the last two thirds of this movie are really where it's at. The last act especially. Though, there are a lot of characters in this movie. Which, makes it fall short a little.

But the more I think about this movie, the more I just can't stop thinking how absolutely incredible it all is.

I cried. I laughed. I smiled.

I cried when I heard Luther's voice again, and Ethan was safe and back on the ground. I finally let go of the breath I didn't even know I was holding when Grace held up the drive with the Entity on it,  - the screen softly illuminating with her presence. I smiled when I saw Benji alive and well.

The ending of this movie is just so beautiful and I can't believe it was real.

The submarine/underwater scenes were also insane and just incredibly well done. So many beautiful shots in this movie. This is real cinema!!

I loved all the callbacks to the past movies too - totally recognized Donloe the second he stepped out btw!!!!

THE BEST MISSION IMPOSSIBLE MOVIE CHANGE MY MIND

The box scene is TOO cool. Man, this movie is SO good and SO fun. Rebecca Ferguson's introduction to the series is just amazing and I love her so much.

I think one thing I love about Ethan Hunt isn't just how dedicated and tough and ionate he is, but how much he loves his friends. And in this movie especially, his relationship with Benji really shines.

I am in LOVEEEEE with the ending of this movie UGH. And this whole movie. Yes.

The slow reveal that Julia is actually alive and well and happy! And Ethan is content. And the two of them still catch each other in very small moments. Still, her and Ethan can't physically be together. It's such a bittersweet feeling idek man.

I also really think the MI movies started to peak here. I mean, you have Brad Bird - the guy who directed the Incredibles movies. The acting in this is phenomenal. The action and humor all balance each other so well. Music is great. Story is great. Everything is *chefs kiss* MWAH.

Jeremy Renner is such a good addition to the cast and I do miss him but I am so happy with the current cast. As long as we've still got Luther and Benji!!! And Ilsa <3

God, Julia and Ethan are just so good together. Michelle Monaghan is absolutely fantastic, and I love her introduction to the series.

Surprisingly not as bad as I it. The action sequences are cool. The fight scene with the motorcycles when they go at each other and Ethan kicks the gun up from under the sand is fun. This certainly has a different vibe than all the other MI movies.

It's still my least favorite but it's watchable. Gotta say, watching it knowing that "Hunt" was actually Stamp, and Ambrose just brutally torturing him then shooting him... it's pretty painful to watch.

Rewatching the MI movies before I see The Final Reckoning this Saturday!

What's crazy is I kind of watching this with my bro sometime after it was released on DVD. But I did not ANY of it except for the fact that basically everyone a part of Rogue One died.

First half of this movie was kinda weird?? Like, everything was moving so fast but also kinda slow. Last act of this movie is a blast! I think it really felt like a Star Wars movie by that point.

There are some things about this movie that definitely could have been done better but I still enjoyed it, nonetheless.

All I can say now is I really need to start Andor 😭😭

Five star movie in my heart... because I haven't felt this way about a new MCU project in a long while.

Also forgot to mention in my last review how SICK the Marvel Studios logo intro is. Anyways, this movie is so, so good. Very character driven and very full of heart.

The It's Bucky! score is SOOOOOOO good.

The soundtrack for this movie is also pretty great!

I love Abby and Santy's dynamic. I think that moment where Santa Montica tells Abby that what it really sounds like, is that she just wants a friend, really hit me hard. It was a bit of an earth shattering moment for Abby and gosh did I relate to her so much. Abby being a complete gamer and nerd is also so me coded.

Sam Morelos really outdid herself in this movie. I hope she gets more roles in the future!!

This was incredible!!

Ben Stiller is such an amazing director. This movie is just an all around feel-good, inspirational film. It's very heartfelt and lots of moments leave you in awe. The cinematography is absolutely beautiful. The transition between the photo reels and the fountains that Walter Mitty sits on outside is so good. The bit when Walter Mitty skates all the way down to that little town on his longboard? Such a fun scene that put a big smile on my face. Can Ben Stiller really just do that??

And the jokes were so funny!!! Everything hit!

I know this came out way before Severance but I couldn't stop myself from saying "This feels so Severance core" about a lot of scenes, ahah. And!! They filmed at the Paddy's Pub location?? I recognized it INSTANTLY.

I genuinely believe this is Marvel's best movie since Endgame (minus GotG 3 because those movies do not count. Those movies are on another level and dear to my heart). Thunderbolts* is a MCU project but it doesn't really feel like a MCU project??

First, I need to get out of the way how absolutely beautiful the score for this film is. It blew me out of the water. I don't think I have ever been that hooked on a score in a Marvel movie since the GOTG movies.

Next, the characters. It's really incredible how they managed to take these characters and make them really shine. Especially John Walker? I think they did a really good job with him in this film. Ava, I've always loved you. And Yelena, you were always the Queen of my Heart <33

Also gotta say that Thank God they killed off Taskmaster LOL. I'm kinda vouching on them to introduce one that's actually Anthony. I was kind of jarred by how quickly they did it tho.

I will it I tore up so many times. Cried once. This group really feels like a team!! Their dynamic and chemistry is so fun and makes them stand out as a group.

Anyways, I really enjoyed this!! I will definitely have to go back again to see this while it's still in theaters.

Really enjoyed the McLovin and Seth Rogen and Bill Hader sideplot haha.

I love these types of movies, ahaha. I could not help but grin at the end when the plan was coming together so beautifully after the reveal of the fake vault, the team disguised as the SWAT team, and everything just working so seamlessly.

Also, the reveal to Tess that Benedict would have chosen the money over her? Super well done.

Everyone on the team was such a good actor and knew exactly what they were doing. I LOVE IT WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER!!! I also did not expect Brad Pitt and Matt Damon to be in this movie? And British Don Cheadle LMFAO

This is probably one of my favorite movies ever, no joke. Unrelated, but I have been playing so much Mario Kart 8 Deluxe lately to sharpen my skills for MK World.

Anyways, this movie is so unique and so charming and so fun! The humor still holds up really well and I still quote some of it to this day. Turbo's reveal is up there as one of the greatest plot twists / reveals in history IMO. Ralph and Vanellope's dynamic is so well written and incredibly fun to watch! One of Disney's cutest friendship duos. The music for this movie is insanely good as well!! You can just tell how much love and ion went into making this film.

This was... really good? And beautifully shot, might I add. I don't actually listen to a lot of folk music but I am familiar with Bob Dylan. Definitely have to check out some more of his music after this because wow.

really liked the use of actual tracks from the game in this movie!! It's always nice when video game movie adaptations stick to the source material. Hearing Pigstep was so cool! The little tribute to Technoblade was so well done, I think.

LOVED the Enderman. That's my homie right there 😝 The bit where they made an Iron Golem using boots of swiftness was really cool actually?? I call him the Optimus Prime Iron Golem in my head :p

The original songs for this movie go kinda hard? Love I Feel Alive and Zero to Hero SO MUCH.

Other than that, thought this movie was stupid but fun and entertaining! Some parts had me going like "Oh, yeah!!!!" Others were just hmm...

I thought this was a fun, solid, flick! When I checked the runtime before seeing it, it was surprisingly shorter than I had expected.

This movie felt more like a whodunit film towards the end and I was vibing with that, ngl. Everything else before that felt very low stakes to me, but maybe that's because I went into this movie thinking it was going to be action packed like the Mission Impossible movies :p

Loved the acting in this movie! And I love Michael Fassbender and Cate Blanchett. And since we're on the subject of, I do love how this movie was very in your face about just how much their characters loved each other. I wanted to see so much more of that! What an absolute power couple!!

Thought this was a very unique film! I like the style and tone of it. And Michael Douglas does a phenomenal job in this movie.

This movie made me soooo uncomfortable and was so painful for me to watch that it is so good at being exactly what it needs to be. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I was literally staring at the screen with a clear look of disgust in my face. I low-key felt like throwing up by how real it all felt. The whole time I kept saying to myself "This guy is delulu"

That being said, what an amazing movie!

Highlights of this movie were Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, and Maya Hawke. That being said... I needed more Maya Hawke <//3

Funniest part was as we were watching when my bro kept going "Is that Sydney Sweeney??" and then turns out!! It was!!!

4/9 Quentin Tarantino movies down. 5 more to go. Still think Inglorious Basterds is my fav.

All this time and I did NOT realize Alfred was voiced by Ralph Fiennes!!!! But guys wowwwww I love this movie so much, it's one of my favorite movies ever, y'all do not understand.
