Call me emotional or whatever but I really believe that life on Earth is a great gift that is meant to be cherished with others. I didn't know South Korea and the Philippines both had a dictatorship at its mercy starting with an impactful death (theirs a student's, ours a senator's). Students also played a huge part in crippling the authoritative systems.

These mutual facts made the film more relatable and close to home. A riveting piece of historical filmmaking that shows how powerful the masses can be when we organize, and how corrupt politicians can be just to hold their forts.
