"Bad luck to kill a seabird..."

In my opinion, this might be perfect Lovecraftian/cosmic horror, which is exceedingly rare these days, and the best part, is you can argue it fits into other themes and stories like Prometheus or Purgatory as well.

I can't think of any faults I have with this one, it just gets better and better with rewatches. I also forgot how funny it was. I'd react the same if someone talked about my cooking like that.…

This movie and the book always had a special place in my horror heart since I grew up and not far from the Stanley(Overlook) Hotel.
Even if most the Movie wasn't filmed there, the impact it had on culture around here I always loved.

Watched this one with a friend who knew nothing and it was such a blast.

This is my fourth watch now and I really think this is really one of the most underrated movies of last year.
It wears its influence on it's sleeves yet works so well on it's own.

I picked up the A-Z collection and finally figured I'd give the pilot a watch today.

I really liked this more than I was expecting, it hits that itch of mystery just right.
Also Kyle MacLachlan just eats any scene he's in, I love it.
I'm probably gonna try to watch 1-2 episodes a week with this one. I feel like binging it wouldn't be the right call.
