I HATE THIS DIRECTOR

Ari Aster has no idea how to build on a decent story. He's only good at visual gore, that's it. WAY too much was introduced with absolutely no follow through. There is no point to MOST of it. Aster takes from too many different, even better films & stories, most obviously The Wicker Man and The Lottery. Aster has no idea how to be original or coherent.
