"Koyaanisqatsi" is one of those films that'll stick with you for the rest of your life. I watched this last night and haven't been able to put the words together to give my two-cents worth of insight on this video essay documentary from Godfrey Reggio.

Definitely pleased that I got to see this on the silver screen at the Rio. Uncle Lloyd was here too. He’s just what I expected: awesome. He said that my department in film is the most underrated department in film production and he’s not wrong. He’s a very nice man. Glad he trekked to Western Canada to breathe in our Trump-free oxygen.

Anyone who watches this film obviously doesn't care about the safety and well-being of the film technicians who make these movies.

The director of this film -- Randall Miller -- made the choice to film on an active railroad that resulted in the death of 2nd Camera Assistant Sarah Jones, who loss her life on the set of filming Miller's Allman Brothers film Midnight Rider in Atlanta, Georgia.

Fuck Randall Miller.
