I'm taking some liberties with the idea of witch/wizard/warlock, but I feel like all of these I could argue for. My feeling was that if they have the power to conjure what they wish with their hands or a wand equivalent, they count. Sometimes these powers are tied to certain things, like a number of wishes or being freed, but they all feature that idea. Some of the movies have the powerful as the protagonist, sometimes they're the villains, or sometimes, they push the plot along.
